My name is Jerome and I have been a client of Excellent Companion Home Care (ECHC)
since April 2009. It was the time when I was still confined at Villa Health Care Center.
Their caregivers give quality and excellent service and most specially, genuine companionship. I am very satisfied with the kind of service and concern I am receiving.
I wish to give a special commendation to the company’s owner, Tess Lim. She is very dedicated to bring out the best possible arrangements for me. In fact, when I was discharged from Villa Health Care Center, Tess made sure that everything was in order.
She never left until everything was ready until the time I went home. She oversaw that all
my needs from the hospital to my house are all taken cared of. Like all the caregivers she assigned to me, she is truly hard working and compassionate.
I currently have a 24 / 7 schedule and I do not have any complaints at all. Apart from my needs being taken cared of, my caregivers also see to it that my house is always neat and orderly. Moreover, my meals are always superb which really show excellent in service.
I am very pleased to recommend Excellent Companion Home Care to everybody who needs outstanding, nurturing and genuine care.

I knew Tess through a friend’s recommendation and I did not hesitate to give her a call because that person was a client of hers too and knows how she gives her services and handles her clients.
Tess is a very hands-on owner and visits her clients most of the time, especially when needed. She sees to it that her caregivers are doing a good job or would check how her clients are doing. She is very professional but at the same time, a very simple and hospitable person.
Excellent Companion Home Care has provided my mother, Hermina, with the best care they can possibly give. They have given us well trained caregivers to take good care of my mother. I have seen and witnessed how patient, loving and caring, as well as understanding the caregivers of this company are. They took care of my mother and her home like their own, and treated us like part of their family. We are very well informed on how she is doing and they keep us posted with everything.
My family is truly grateful for the care and support her company and staff has given us. They have managed to exceed our expectations and we are very satisfied with their services.
